Kite Plan Base (KPB) - misc - Kite lights

During nice summer nights we often would have ideal conditions for kite flying (smooth stable wind, not overcrowded, comfortable temperature) if there wouldn't be one slight little detail: you can't see your kite ! The plans in this category will eliminate this problem by, for example, using LED's to illuminate the kites.
