Kite Plan Base (KPB) - misc - Decoration and tails

Tails and flying anchors are used for different static kites as stabilizers and for acrobatic kites to make the control smoother. Anyway, the main function of tails is to decorate the kite and there is hardly any kite getting ugly with a nice tail.
Line decorations are hooked to the flying line just for looking nice. There are very different type of line decorations like flags, bears, fishes, chains, cars, cows... inflatable ones, we mean... just to name a few.
